Refund Policy for LatchSafe Containers
Effective Date: 9/25/24

At Latch Safe Containers, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 24hr refund policy under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund or to be eligible for a refund, you must initiate your request within 24hrs of the delivery date of your container. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, and in its original condition.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at support@latchsafecontainers.com or (404) 474-2887. Include your order number and the reason for the refund request. We may ask for additional information to process your request.

Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within and/or up to a 180 day period of time.

Exceptions: Certain items may be exempt from refund, including customized or modified containers that were altered specifically for your needs.

Changes to This Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
